I am ashamed to admit it but on Tuesday, two days ago, I ate lunch at Max Orient -- again. Usually I'm drawn by the siren song of the Eggplant Tofu, but on this day it was the Green Bean Chicken, which looked so vibrant and delicious it was all I could do not to ask for a double portion.YUMMY, with a side of Singapore noodles.
