Day 53: King Crab Legs and White Rice

My mom is visiting and, heavenly bliss, I came home to dinner practically on the table. We had:

-- the sweet meat of Alaskan King Crab, lovingly picked from its shell by my mom
-- all the white rice you can eat
-- instant miso soup with soft tofu and some extra chopped green onions
-- Korean roasted seaweed ("laver")
-- beet greens
-- steamed broccoli and cauliflower
-- and, chicken nuggets for the kids

YUMMY, and my stepfather did the dishes.
