Did I mention that The Husband is a cooking loon? On Saturday, I'm in the livingroom, playing with the kids and killing time before Isabella's swimming lesson. I go to the kitchen and what is The Husband doing? He has oven-roasted two kinds of beets and has donned rubber gloves in order to rub off the skins. Who does that on a Saturday morning? They were: YUMMY. Isabella liked them, but Finn went "Blech!"
